Who can use FISETRA?
FISETRA can be used by Accounting and Finance teams, General Affairs, Asset Management, IT, field officers, approvers, and management.
Is FISETRA only for certain industries?
No. FISETRA can be used by organizations that need to manage multiple assets, users, locations, departments or corporate entities.
Is FISETRA available via web, android, and iOS?
Yes. The web is used for administration, transactions, configuration, approvals and reports. Android and iOS apps support field work, including QR code scanning during audits.

How do I get started?
Register on the FISETRA sign-up page. After registration, you can try FISETRA free for one month.
What is the Standard price?
Standard costs IDR 175,000 or USD 12 as a monthly equivalent per company. It supports up to 1,000 assets without the depreciation module and is billed annually.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro costs IDR 360,000 or USD 25 as a monthly equivalent per company. It supports more than 1,000 assets or companies that need the depreciation module and is billed annually.
Are prices calculated per user or location?
No. Prices are calculated per company, with monthly equivalents billed annually. Both Standard and Pro include unlimited users and locations. Compare plans.
Are Standard and Pro features different?
Yes. Standard includes key operational features without the depreciation module. Pro includes all Standard features, greater asset capacity, and the depreciation module.
Can one account access more than one company?
Yes. One account can access more than one company. Roles, configurations, and data follow the company currently selected by the user.
Asset data and lifecycle
Can assets be imported from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Bulk import supports progress monitoring and row-by-row error review. Explore asset lifecycle management.
What data can be stored on assets?
Assets can include an identifier, physical code, serial number, category, location, department, person in charge, status, acquisition value and date, useful life, residual value, custom fields, attachments, and accessories.
Do asset movements and changes have a history?
Yes. Every change and movement is recorded in a document and added to the asset history once completed.
Can assets in disposal status be reactivated?
Yes. Reversing a disposal can reactivate an asset without erasing its previous disposal history.
Audit and asset condition
How is an asset audit carried out?
Define the scope, open field sessions, scan assets through the Android or iOS app, review findings, complete reconciliation, and submit the results for approval. Explore asset audits.
Does the audit have to cover the entire company?
No. Audits can be limited by department, location, or any combination that fits the audit plan.
What is the difference between an audit and Self Monitoring?
An audit is a formal examination with defined coverage, scanning, findings, and reconciliation. Self Monitoring asks asset users to confirm asset conditions periodically through a dedicated link without signing in.
Maintenance and depreciation
Can maintenance be scheduled to recur?
Yes. One-time or recurring schedules can include notifications, statuses, comments, and attachments. Explore maintenance.
What depreciation methods are available?
FISETRA supports straight-line and declining-balance methods. You can apply a template to multiple assets, review the calculation results, and process depreciation for each period. Explore depreciation.
Access and approvals
Can access be restricted by department or location?
Yes. Admins can set roles and limit each user's data access by department and location within a company.
Does FISETRA support multi-level approvals?

What is the difference between SaaS and On-Premise?
SaaS is available after registration under an annually billed plan. On-Premise runs on the company's infrastructure after an assessment and custom quote. Explore On-Premise.
